We also run estate sales and online auctions here in the East Bay, so a solid dresser or a good set of tools doesn’t have to go to the dump. When something can sell, part of what we expect it to bring comes off your removal price. It depends on what it’s worth, its condition and demand. If nothing qualifies, you just pay for the removal.

What sells is resold. What a charity will take is donated, electronics go to a recycler, and the rest is hauled for disposal.
Will you take it for free if it’s nice?
No, this is a paid removal service. Good pieces can knock money off your bill, but we don’t haul for free or buy furniture outright.
Anything you won’t take?
Paint, chemicals, fuel and anything hazardous need special handling. Mention it up front and we’ll figure it out.
